TestingIt's an admittedly subjective process, but we try to lend it some reliability by measuring and weighting criteria in an objective manner. We measure the Quality, Performance, Features and Price of a group of products. As an example, if we have "Product A" with a slight edge in performance over "Product B" but "B" is significantly lower in cost, then we would probably award "Product B" our best rating.
We also consider (though less heavily weighted) the Manufacturer's Customer Service, Warranty, Service Availability and Minor Product Features.
