Review of the Sound Oasis S-650-01

Strengths: 1. The overall sound quality is better that most, featuring extra long, high fidelity sounds for better sound realism than other machines. 2. If you like variety, you can change sound themes by simply inserting a new sound card containing 12 new and different sounds. 3. You can get a specially designed tinnitus sound card if that is a problem you are wanting to address. 4. Has a superior omnidirectional reflective speaker that delivers rich, deep sound than comparably priced units. 5. Has a backlit alarm clock that lets you wake to a buzzer or any sound. 6. Has a gradual off volume reduction feature, a headphone/speaker pillow jack, a one-touch off/resume button.

Weaknesses: The Sound Oasis S-650-01 is made in China and has had a few issues with build quality though Sound Oasis seems to have a better handle on quality issues than many manufacturers outsourcing to China.

Customer History: A low percentage of returns. When a unit is returned, the most common reason given is "The unit is defective".
