The Jet Lag Kit can reset your internal clock by providing specifically timed bright light with the patented Light Visor. The battery-powered Light Visor is the same model used by NASA Astronauts. The Kit also includes special light-blocking dark glasses, the booklet "Preventing Jet Lag" and the Jet Lag calculator, all in a sturdy nylon travel bag.

Features:
Lighting System consists of 12 light-emitting diodes producing non-UV white light.
The light intensity is adjustable from 500 to 2500 lux.
The light unit is adjustable in angle so as to obtain maximun benefit from the light source.
The rechargeable Ni-cad batteries are housed in a small control unit (controls light intensity and has a timer) with a belt clip so as to reduce the weight of the headband.
Battery charger is included.
