We ship orders by UPS or USPS Parcel/Priority Mail. Our orders are shipped at 1:00pm Mountain time on weekdays. Orders received by noon on weekdays will ship the same day, and orders received after noon on weekdays will ship the next weekday. Orders received on weekends will ship Monday morning. Most orders will arrive within 7 business days. If your order is sent UPS, we will e-mail you with the tracking number. If sent USPS, no tracking number is available, and the delivery time is not guaranteed but we will still e-mail you to let you know that your order has shipped. Orders of items in stock will usually ship within 24 hours. Special orders or backordered items will ship as soon as available.
On a multiple item order with a backorder item in it, we will usually ship the items in stock right away, and wait for the backordered item to arrive so we can complete your order. There will not be any additional shipping charge. If an item is backordered, we will notify you by e-mail with an estimate of the time it will take to fill your order. If you do not want to wait, you can e-mail us back and cancel the item.
Some of the items we sell are hand made in small quantities, so as a result, this can sometimes cause backorders.
Our GuaranteeAll items carry a 30 day complete satisfaction or your money back guarantee. We highly recommend that you keep all the original packing materials until you're sure you won't be returning the item. When you return an item, it is your responsibility to make sure the item is complete and well packed. Be aware that if you inadequately pack an item and it gets damaged in transit, the carrier will not pay insurance claims. If you inadequately pack the item and it gets damaged as a result, we will reduce your refund accordingly per our judgement of the damage. For returns, please read and follow these instructions.

1. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be written on the outside of the returned box. Your RMA# is simply your 5 digit order number with the letters "RMA" placed in front. The letters RMA must be placed in front of the order number so that it will not be confused with a zip code. If you don't know your order number, it is located on your packing slip, on the order confirmation email and on the order shipment email that you received.
ALL returns sent without a RMA number will accessed a 20% fee. We hate to do this but if you return a package without a RMA#, then we have to spend our time researching what the package contains, who it is from, why it was returned and what the order number was.
2. All returns must be sent within 30 days of the shipment date. All products must be returned in original condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories, along with a copy of your packing slip with the reason for return written on it. It is very important to carefully pack the item in a manner similar to the way you received it so as to protect it in shipment. Products returned without original packaging, accessories, and documentation will be accessed a 25% fee. Nature's Tapestry is not obligated to accept items that are shown to have been abused, altered, broken or damaged in return shipment due to poor packing. Please do not send returns "signature required" since that frequently results in delays and returned packages.

All returns will be processed and fully inspected after they arrive in our warehouse. Please allow 10-14 business days after delivery of your product to our facility to process your request.
Any returns sent within 30 days will receive full credit for the item price but shipping fees will not be refunded.
If the item is found defective, the best solution is to return the item to the manufacturer under their warranty for repair. Nature's Tapestry does not perform repairs.
Nature's Tapestry strives to ensure that your products are received in the condition as advertised. If the item was damaged in shipment or is missing parts, then the carrier or the warranty service provider should be contacted for information on how they handle damaged shipments or missing parts. If, after contacting the carrier or the warranty service provider, the issue has not been resolved to your satisfaction, Nature's Tapestry will work with you to obtain an appropriate resolution to the extent of our ability. Shipping and Delivery:
Shipping and handling charges apply to all orders, unless otherwise specified. Shipping charges will be calculated in your shopping cart and may vary according to the number, weight or cost of items shipped, carrier used, destination of order and whether you requested expedited delivery. We ship items Monday - Friday within 24 hours of payment. All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Refunds and Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Shipping is not refundable. and you will bear the cost of return shipping. Items must be returned in the condition in which they arrived and in their original packaging. We accept returns only with a return authorization. In other to obtain a return authorization, you must follow the simple directions as outlined above.
We do not provide any additional warranty coverage. Products received damaged may be returned based on the Refunds and Returns policy stated above. Some product shipped new may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Please contact the manufacturer to determine eligibility. We do not guarantee any product's fitness for intended use.
