Clear plastic playing cards with Glow-in-the-Dark pigments in Poker size (2.5"x3.5").
Spread the cards out under a bright light for 5-10 minutes to charge the glow in the dark pigments. Then repeat for the other side of the cards. Any light will do but UV light is best (sunlight, black light). The stronger the light, the better the charge. After the cards are fully charged, turn off the light and play cards in the dark. Or you can play under a black light for optimum effect. Fun for children and adults alike.
