The New Improved Blueair 402 effectively purifies air in rooms as large as 365 square feet. Using patented two-stage HEPASilent technology, the Blueair 402 captures 99.97% of the tiniest .1 micron particles, including allergy-provoking pollen grains, dust mites, mold spores and pet dander particles. The new model has a more powerful German made motor that uses less energy and has reduced noise levels. A metal sound reduction barrier and rubber mounts between the motor and the fan housing act to further reduce noise commonly associated with traditional units.

These improvements show Blueair's continued commitment to research and development in providing high performance, quality air purifiers that operate quieter, with better energy efficiency and deliver clean air faster and with less noise.
